ITE Management L.P. (“ITE”), an investment firm focused on critical real assets in the transportation and industrial sector, welcomes Gokce Tezel as a Senior Operating Partner. Mr. Tezel brings to ITE a unique global perspective on profitably scaling and transforming businesses across transportation, infrastructure, and financial services. He will work with ITE’s leadership team and portfolio companies across asset verticals to guide the formulation and execution of strategies and investments that enhance operational efficiencies and accelerate growth. In addition, Mr. Tezel will focus on initiatives and partnerships where ITE can expand its capabilities and investments in the European market.

Mr. Tezel has over 25 years of experience as a corporate executive, investor, and entrepreneur spanning across five continents, with a proven track record of achieving attractive investor returns. Prior to joining ITE, his most recent leadership role was as President of GATX Rail International where he led GATX Corporation’s rail businesses in Europe and Asia and managed Trifleet, a global tank container leasing business. During his 22-year tenure at GATX, he served in various executive roles, including corporate finance, M&A, corporate strategy, and business development.
Mr. Tezel completed the Wharton Advanced Management Program at the University of Pennsylvania. He earned a BSc. in Industrial Engineering from the University of Marmara in Istanbul, and an MBA from the University of South Florida. He is a Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) and an active member of the CFA Institute since 2002.
