Renee Ross Joins as Chief Human Resources Officer

ITE Management L.P. (“ITE”), a leading investment firm specializing in transportation and industrial real assets, welcomes Renee Ross as Chief Human Resources Officer. As ITE expands its platform and scales operations, Ms. Ross will lead the firm’s human capital strategy—focused on attracting and developing top talent, strengthening organizational design, and fostering a high-performance culture aligned with its long-term vision to remain a premier investor in the sector.

Ms. Ross brings over 20 years of global HR leadership experience with a strong track record of building effective teams and driving strategic transformation. Most recently, she served as Global Vice President of Talent at The Estée Lauder Companies Inc., where she led the Global Talent Center of Excellence. In this role, she spearheaded strategies in talent development and performance, workforce planning, and employee engagement across a broad portfolio of global brands and regions.

Earlier in her career, she held senior HR roles at MSCI, American Express, Deloitte, and IBM. In each, she partnered with executive teams to lead organizational change, develop talent strategies, and support sustainable business growth.
