Christina Della Pelle is Head of Human Resources at ITE Management. Prior to joining ITE, Christina held human resources roles at Harvest Partners, Napier Park Global Capital, and WarnerMedia, supporting talent acquisition, employee engagement, organizational development, and performance management initiatives. Christina began her career at Deloitte, serving financial services clients as an auditor with a focus on the insurance sector.

Christina holds a B.S. and M.B.A. in Accounting from Molloy University and is a SHRM Certified Professional (SHRM-CP).
