Lance Moll
Lance serves as a Senior Advisor to ITE Management, bringing transportation leadership and operational expertise to help align investment priorities with improvements in asset utilization, network performance, and customer service.
Over nearly 35 years at FedEx Freight, he advanced from Management Trainee to President and Chief Executive Officer, helping lead one of North America’s premier less-than-truckload transportation networks. His experience spans operations, technology, and data, with a focus on building integrated, resilient freight systems.
Lance also serves on the Board of Directors of American Industrial Transport, an ITE portfolio company.
Education
Lance holds a BSBA in Transportation and Logistics from the University of Missouri–Columbia and completed executive education in Essentials of Finance and Accounting at SMU’s Cox School of Business.
