Renee Ross

Chief Human Resources Officer

Renee Ross is the Chief Human Resources Officer at ITE Management. In this role, Renee leads efforts to attract and grow top talent, enhance organizational structure, and foster a high-performance culture. Renee brings over 20 years of global HR leadership experience. She most recently served as Global Vice President of Talent at The Estée Lauder Companies Inc., where she led the Global Talent Center of Excellence. There, she drove strategies in talent development, workforce planning, employee engagement, and organizational transformation.

Earlier in her career, she held senior HR roles at MSCI, American Express, Deloitte, and IBM. In each, she partnered with executive teams to lead organizational change, scale talent strategies, and support sustainable business growth.

Education

Renee holds an M.B.A. from the Johnson School at Cornell University and a B.B.A. in Human Resource Management from Baruch College.
