Roger Canales

Roger Canales is the Chief Accounting Officer at ITE Management, with more than 20 years of experience in the alternative asset management industry. Before joining ITE, he was a Vice President at The Carlyle Group within the Private Credit Finance team. Earlier in his career, Roger held roles at Voya Investment Management, Asian Century Quest, and Neuberger Berman, where he oversaw accounting, tax, and the day-to-day operations of private alternative investment funds. He began his career in public accounting with Deloitte.
