Victoria Dudley

Victoria serves as a Senior Advisor to ITE Management bringing financial leadership and transportation, heavy equipment, and leasing expertise to support capital allocation, risk management, and long-term value creation. During nearly 13 years as Chief Financial Officer of TTX Company, she oversaw the financial strategy of one of North America’s largest railcar owners. She previously served as the CFO at Yancey Bros. and as the Treasurer of Wheels, Inc., one of the largest commercial auto and truck fleet lessors in North America.

Victoria has been active in corporate board service for over 10 years and currently serves on the Board of Directors of American Industrial Transport, an ITE portfolio company and the National Association of Corporate Directors Florida Board of Directors.
